Kitchen
The room that decides whether the house feels clean. We do it first, while we still have energy for it.
- Counters cleared, wiped and dried — no streaks
- Sink scrubbed, drain flushed, tap polished
- Outside of all cabinets, handles included
- Hob, splashback and outside of the oven
- Microwave inside and out
- Bin emptied, liner replaced, floor mopped
Bathrooms
Every bathroom, every visit — not just the main one. Ensuites and downstairs loos are included.

Before you book.
Anything else, call and ask for Amara — she runs the schedule.
Most clients are not. We use a coded key safe or a lockbox, and you get a text when we arrive and another when we leave. Whatever you prefer is fine — plenty of people are home and that is fine too.
Everything, including the vacuum. If you would rather we used your products — for a stone worktop, or because of an allergy — leave them out and we will use those instead.
Yes, that is the whole point. You get a named pair and they keep your house. If one is on holiday you will know who is covering before the day.
Text us any time up to the day before — no charge, no questions. Skipping more than two in a row and we may need to give your slot to someone on the waiting list, but we will talk to you first.
Bonded and insured, and every cleaner is background-checked and directly employed by us. Nobody is subcontracted, and we are happy to show you the paperwork.
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and put it right, free. It almost never happens, and when it does we would much rather fix it than have you quietly stop booking.
