Not the way we do it. Siding, stucco and painted surfaces get a soft wash — low pressure, the cleaning solution does the work. High pressure only ever goes on concrete and stone.
Yes, with the routine we follow. Beds get soaked before we start, tarped where needed, and rinsed again after. Keep pets inside while we work and they can come back out as soon as we pack up.
No. We carry a 325-gallon tank and our own generator. If you would rather we used your spigot we can, and we will knock a little off.
Because we kill the algae rather than just blasting it off, most houses stay clean two to three years on the shaded side and longer on the sunny side. Concrete depends on the tree cover.
For most houses, yes — text us four photos and the approximate square footage and you will have a fixed price the same day. Roofs and three-storey homes we come and look at.
Light rain is fine, it does not affect the result. Heavy rain or high wind and we move you, usually to the next day, and you hear from us the night before rather than on the morning.
